Raw Material
From our main raw material, milk, to the supply of our packaging material, all our suppliers go through a rigorous selection process. We would not be able to obtain a high quality product without demanding high standards of quality from the components involved in the manufacturing process.
The importance of quality
We have always paid special attention to the quality of our products and services.
This is the reason for which, in the beginning of 2002, we decided to apply for the Quality Certification of compliance with the UNE - EN - ISO 9001:2000 Norm. Finally, with a constant effort and a lot of hard work on behalf of everyone, since November of that same year, we have the SGS Certificate that guarantees our Quality System complies with the ISO demanding requirements.
We can not allow ourselves leaving anything at random; this implies a total control of all processes taking place in the factory. From the entrance of the raw goods in the production plant to the moment in which the customer has the finished good in his warehouse, the quality controls are constant.
But this is only the beginning. This Certificate is a great responsibility for us towards our customers and ourselves, and it is very encouraging for us in order to face the best way we can any upcoming challenges regarding the quality of our manufacturing practices.
New ways of improving our Quality System are constantly turning up. We will continue enlarging our premises, renewing equipment, investigating new products… WE WILL KEEP IMPROVING.
